Splitvote provides an online, real-time collaboration tool designed for agile teams to perform Planning Poker exercises. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

You agree not to use the Service:

• To harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or networks connected to the Service.
• To post or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
